Monthly governance reviews through the AI Cockpit now flag high-risk and exceptional cases for deep-dive analysis, while mandatory re-assessment triggers ensure systems remain compliant as their purpose evolves. Third-party AI providers operate under reciprocal compliance obligations, with data sovereignty enforced within the EEA. The result is a governance model that scales with AI adoption instead of being outpaced by it — built for cross-country portability and reuse on existing infrastructure.
